Guerns

Nickname for some one who comes from Guernsey, an island in the English Channel off the coast of Normandy. Only used when the person is away from Guernsey, it is liked by those who dont have to return and loathed by those who'd rather be anywhere else but must return home to Guernsey .

You:"Hey Guerns, I cant believe you are gonna do all that crap just to get a visa. Fark that."

People from Guernsey are called Guerns or Gurns, or more officially Guernseymen or Guernesias/e. Most speak English (many very badly) with a few exceptional word and structure variations (eg "I'm to Vazon, me" - "I'm at Vazon").
