1. Greek Creeping
Greek creeping is in reference to the Greek system found on many college campuses. The Greek system most commonly includes fraternity and sorority chapters. The act of Greek Creeping is where non-college students (typically high school aged) will drive or walk through a university's Greek row (neighborhood/street of fraternity and/or sorority houses) to observe and be entertained by the activities and behaviors of the college students that may either be; walking outside, entering, leaving or inside the Greek houses. These activities and behaviors being observed, more often than not, are related to the consumption of alcohol, the act of partying and/or displaying very visible signs of drunkenness--all of which are rather entertaining to observe from an outsider's point of view.

Individuals engaging in the act of Greek creeping DO NOT engage in the activities that the college students (Greeks) are partaking in, as this would defeat the purpose of 'observing' them.

3. GDI
God-Damn Independent: term used by college students to refer to a non-Greek student. In a derogatory sense, it is used to refer only to those who choose to bash the Greek system. Contrary to popular belief, it is possible for Greeks and GDIs to be friends.
Despite the party's location on Greek Row, many of the people who showed up were GDIs.
4. frat boy
Typically used by people to put down college men who belong to a fraternity. While you will find the occasional member who is shady, obnoxious, or in some way fits the stereotype, the majority are intelligent, fun, and good-looking young men who understand the true meaning of brotherhood as friendship and striving to meet the high ideals of their organization. Sometimes, the phrase is used by a sorority girl, and in that case it is usually not derogatory.
"Why are you going out with a frat boy? They're all weird, preppy guys who have low GPAs and don't care about women."
"Stop putting down the Greek system when you obviously know nothing about it."
5. Alpha Phi
A sorority founded in 1872 that has extremely high standards of class for members. Because of this, Alpha Phis are usually beautiful, smart, sweet, and never are the girls falling over drunk at parties. These girls have high ideals for themselves and others.

Most Alpha Phi chapters are near (if not THE) top house at their respective colleges and often have the biggest pledge class of any other sororities.

In addition, Alpha Phis are typically loud, fun, and outgoing and therefore are active participants in the greek system as well as their philantropic events. They have a ton of spirit and are usually an exciting and fun house, especially for parties (they just won't be the ones puking in the bathroom all night).
Alpha Phi is top house on our campus, and all the girls are super fun and outgoing. They also win Greek Week, and almost all other awards.
6. GDI
Acronym for "God Damn Independent," often used in a derogatory way to refer to a college student who chooses not to join any sorority or fraternity.

Seems to be used in a derogatory way the most by people affiliated with the 'Greek' system because they do not realize that 'independent' really isn't even an insult. Typical brainless, follow-the-crowd, frat people. Damn, frats and sororities are like cults. People go in fine and come out brainwashed, dumb, and/or slutty. IF they ever come out.
Vic: What's your title?

Sam: What?

Vic: You know, what frat are you in?

Sam: Oh, I'm a GDI.

Vic: Wow, I really think you should go Greek.

Sam: You know, they're not even really Greek. They just jacked the Greek letters and twisted them to use in their half-assed, drunk-partying organizations. I only rushed for the free food. You'd have to pay me to join one.

Vic: Why don't you join?

Sam: Um, it costs money I can't afford to waste, I can make friends on my own time, I don't really want to be saddled with people I don't like, I don't like to do pointless shit, and I don't like how they always call each other 'big' and 'little.' It's hella annoying. Oh, and I don't really like to conform.

Vic: What's 'conform?'

Sam: *sigh*
7. street cred
n. The currency used in the University of Washington Greek System. One quanta of street cred is a "tablet".
Probe: "Why is Joel out in the alley with no shoes on kicking Psi-U's dumpster?"
E-Rock: "Dude, it's all good. He's gonna plan a biad with them, and earn us like 9 more street cred tablets."
