strong excitement or feeling about something not typically exemplified by someone that is considered "ghetto". often verbalized using vulgar slang in a positive fashion towards something to which it would normally not be directed. At the National Zoo one day, I heard someone behind me shout, "Yo! It's a mo'fuckin' giraffe!". He certainly had his share of ghetto-enthusiasm about that animal.
