Super greasy, fast food Chinese. Usually served to go in a brown paper bag that will have a grease spot on the bottom in a few minutes. I had to put my ghetto Chinese on the floorboard of my car because grease dripping out the bag.

Food from an urban Chinese takeout.
Characterized by fast, cheap, and sometimes good Chinese food. In dangerous parts, there may be inch thick plexiglass barricades separating kitchen and diner, with a turnstyle for exchanging food and money. Properly pronounced: get'O Chi-nee; e.g., Chi-nee foo. I'm sort of broke, and pretty hungry - I think I'll go to Lam's and pick up some ghetto Chinese.
