A happy person who identifies as
gay:
Ghappy is a word that is used to describe someone who identifies as "
gay", and who is comfortable in their own skin, has overcome discrimination and humiliation, and is now generally "
happy".
The word "ghappy" is derived from two words:
gay and
happy.
Example 1: "ever since Cassie told her parents that she is dating women, she is the ghappiest
girl on the planet".
Example 2:
Person: "I just told my family that I'm
gay"
Friend: "wow, you seem like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders, you look so ghappy!"
Example 3: "they were a ghappy bunch, finally finding their wings of a feather"
A happy person of any gender whose name is Gaye:
Alternatively the word can be used to refer to a person whose name is "Gaye", and how
happy their demeanour appears to be on any given day. The word reduces the need to speak, "Gaye is
happy".
An extra happy person:
It may also be used to describe an extra happy person, one who is already identified as "
gay" in the sense of being
happy, and additionally is "happy" again. In this example one may be "happy happy", or... ghappy!
One may also gayify songs with the word "happy" in them, just like Ed Sheeran's hit song "Ghappier".
Enjoy using this revolutionised version of two words that should make you all very...uh....ghappy!
