The opposite of a chick with a dick. Possibly a pre-op transgendered female who wants to be a man, or a drag king who dresses up as a man for fun/comfort. Or a guy described as being without a penis, for any reason, as an insult. So I've put socks down my boxers, put on my minimising bra and put on this costume moustache. I'm a gent with a vent who's going for a night on the town!
