The term given to a feeling of fear in the Madagascar the movie, when the "squirrels" vice president told in the meeting in the crashed plane, that the Lion gives him the Hiba Liba Gee Bees.

vice president: That lion gives me the Hiba Liba Gee Bees...
President:(speaking to the audience) Who else have the Hiba Liba Gee Bees?...(speaking to the vice president after none in the audience responded)So SHUT UP!(speaking to the audience) Now who want a cookie??

Heebe gebees are symptomatic of RLS or Restless Legs Syndrome where any part of the legs may be affected by the sensation of ants crawling up and down under the skin and making it impossible to sit or lie still.
