1. gamers twitch
Involuntary, muscle spasm particularly in the hand, arm, or leg caused by quick movements. Generally results from playing too many video games.
"Dude, that monster almost got you!"

"I know, the only thing that saved me was my gamers twitch!"
2. Twitch Monkey
A Twitch Monkey is a gamer who plays FPS (First Person Shooters) consistently. Their reflexes are so amped up from years of playing and massive caffeinne intake (usually whilst playing) that they can rarely sit still for long periods of time and consistently figit.

Positive upside:
- The Twitch Monkey's muscle memory and reaction times often see him acting before his brain has even fully registered the threat and sent the signal to deal with it.

Negative downsides:
- Once they finish school they might become cops...
- Typing long complicated words (anything longer than n00b or pwned) can be difficult for a Twitch Monkey.

The most recent research points to Twitch Monkey Syndrome being an evolution of the 1980s "DJ Twitch Finger Syndrome".
"The MRI did not reveal any actual brain damage, your son is just a Twitch Monkey".

"Only a Twitch Monkey would call out OWNED during climax (the greatest Twitch of all). I am so leaving you!"

"That's the third keyboard you've bought this year. What are you, some kind of Twitch Monkey?"
3. Twitch Noob
A twitch noob is a competitive gamer that bashes Team Fortress 2 public server players, and boasts about how 6 vs 6 (aka Twitch Fortress 2) is much better. These players complain about how they keep getting owned by Heavies, Pyros, Spys and Engineers, and ask for nerfs of these classes on Steam forums. When their obviously just noobs who refuse to adapt too Team Fortress 2's intended gameplay.
Bobby thought he would own everyone when he played sniper in Team Fortress 2, but found out that he is a twitch noob.
4. Twitcher
A gaming term to describe someone who plays games that typically involve very fast paced action and require excellent reaction times to master.

Classic arcade games such as Missile Command and Defender require quick reflexes. Unreal Tournament and Quake are more contempory examples.

Typically with these games, you have little time to think. Some players will be operating purely on instinct. The rapid movements they make is where the name comes from. The player will be twitching as they operate the controls.
John: Damn, I thought I was good at Tekken and then I played that Japanese kid.
Sally: He doesn't do anything but drink Jolt Cola, play that game and sleep. He's a twitcher.
5. ePenis
N. A measure of a person(s) internet statues, specifically pertaining to MMORPG video games. Used in mocking terms to describe someone who thinks themselves overly leet. Generally used to describe a twitch gamer or power gamer.
