Someone who has no respect for anyone around them including the people he/she lives with. This person will steal from people who are nice to them and even threaten to kill them in their own house. They don't clean up after themselves and leaves their belongings in other people's rooms and leaves dangerous objects in the reach of small children. He or she has a high opinion of them self, almost as if they think they are God. Maybe even the greatest thing since sliced bread. They don't realize that no one really wants them around and they get pleasure out of ruining a brand new marriage by "casting a spell" on one of the two people. In general, a fuckhead is a terrible person that wouldn't be missed if they suddenly disappeared.

1) A person of shitty intelligence and/or judgment.
2) One whose head has been fucked repeatedly by a person, place, thing, or idea.
3) A widely-circulated fake video found on P2P file-sharing programs such as KaZaa featuring a balding fuckhead (definition #1) thrusting his cranium into a fake plastic vagina.
4) A penis or phallic object of some kind.
5) The president of the United States.

A person who is a complete moron and/or pisses someone off.

1.)One who is a dickhead at every waking moment of his/her life, is therefore upgraded to being a fuckhead.
2.)One who cares so little for something that he should dearly care for.
3.)A boss

Someone who REALLY pisses you off, and for no good reason either, there's just something about their persona that makes you want to fuck them up in their head, thus making them a fuckhead.

The Fuckhead is a small, European snail. It has been described as "rather spicy" and some say "it looks like a penis." Its fecal matter was once made into fine jewelry in the 1800's.
