An unbearably foul and rat-bastardy person. These obnoxious and repulsive people can usually be found in such entities as the guy who is ahead of you in a drive-thru line and decides to order food for the entire continent of North America. Me:Hey didn't whats-his-bucket say he was going to call you back last week?
