Dog with The Fog = A dog helping a girl undergoing a disease known as "fibromyalgia" and a symptom known as "fibro fog."

The driver of a motor vehicle who drives with fog lights on needlessly or otherwise unlawfully, either:

1. Anytime of the day or night where weather conditions do not require the use of fog lights, or
2. During the night, in lieu of normal headlights because it makes them look "cool".

Look at this fogwit - It's the middle of a bright sunny day and he has his fog lights on!
