a change in direction caused by maneuvering your body/an object. you must change your acceleration and direction in witch you are traveling thus for your displacement is 0. there are many a terms like flip-a-bitch but none with the same power. its kinda of like making a u turn but not even close?
"USE IT OR LOOSE IT" as a German once said i made a wrong turn down yonder so i had to flip-a-bitch.
