8. Deschi
This is a mildly humorous indicator for a German of Polish extraction, although the expression has also been heard in North America, indicating those of a more general Eastern European descent. Depending on the tone of speech, the word can be used neutrally, somewhat flattering or even somewhat condescending.
At that fancy restaurant, the server was a typical Deschi. He had that suave walk to him, a slightly reserved posture and a somewhat terse speech - but always courteous and friendly without acting overly subservient.

something that is both flattering and creepy.
"I got whistled at today on my way to work by this creepy homeless dude. But I kinda liked it. It was fleepy."
10. Puffery
Flattering, often exaggerated praise and publicity, especially when used for promotional purposes.
That's a pretty puffery statement.
11. flattersulted
A portmanteau word combining flattered and insulted; when you are both flattered and insulted by someone's remarks or actions
"Hey, I got a note today from a guy who fished my bestselling novel out of a garbage can in New York and told me he enjoyed reading it. Flattering? Insulting? I'm experiencing some mixed emotions. Maybe I've been flattersulted."

12. Fattering
When something should look flattering on you, but just makes you look fat. Fattering.
Used in a sentence - 'I'm not so sure about those pants... they're kind of fattering.'

Or when you're trying to give a compliment, but don't think it's deserved- 'Wow! Those pants are extremely fattering!'
