Noun. A term used to describe a resident of maryland eastern shore that lives in a shack by choice and keeps alot of junk in his yard.the flatbilly also does not practice good hygine.the usually drive a run down vehicle.since there are no mountains on the shore the term hillbilly is modified to flatbilly.

There is a flatbilly down the road who stinks so it will knock a buzzard off a shit wagon.

Similar to what you would think of as a hillbilly but residing from somewhere without any hills- uneducated, lacking exposure to normal cultural trends with an affinity for pickup trucks, country music, and the american south - but residing within the midwest / flat states like Iowa or Western/Southern Illinois.

Most likely to be found at a cannabis cups, trailer parks, or skeezin around Colfax. Should you become unlucky enough to bump into one of these asshats, they will pretend to be chill, but in reality they are high on crystal meth, and are plotting to steal your shit.
