The act of taking yourselves live.

It can have many reasons why people would commit suicide, and to make it easier i will split this up in 2 main cathgories.

1) Taking your live because you really want to.
2) Taking your live because you want to prove something.

Now the person who tries to take his own live because he wants to doesnt care about other people. He doesnt warn anyone, he doesnt show it to anyone and quite often doesnt even leave a goodbye message. This person will take her own live and you will not even notice that the person wants to until she does it.
There is no way to help this person as you will not notice before the suicide, and even if you stop the person whilst she attempts to commit suicide that wont help. This person will always look at suicide like the only way out and it will come back to her even 30 years after the first attempt.

The person who makes suicide because she wants to prove something doesnt really want to commit suicide. This person will gradually come into the phase and you will notice that if you are close enough. This kind of person needs help and she can be helped. Even if the person attempts to commit suicide she doesnt really mean it (the first time, maximum the second time) but if it comes to the point of attempting again then its most probably serious. In order to attain maximum effect, delivery of 'okay bye' must be extremely quick followed by immediate hang up/departure. When emailing, 'okay bye' should be spelt as one word -okaybye- to indicate the hasty delivery usually employed when speaking.

I saw Donnie Darko for the first time a few nights ago.
It’s really hard to explain the entire plot without giving everything away.
It’s basically about this troubled teen that is roused from a sleep one night and summoned outside of his house by this 6-foot tall rabbit named Frank, who tells him “28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes and 12 seconds. That is when the world will end.” (This film takes place in October of 1988) Donnie later awakes on a golf course with “28:06:42:12” written on his arm. He then returns home, only to find that a Jet Engine of an unknown plane has smashed into his bedroom. Realizing his life was actually saved by Frank; who only Donnie can see; Donnie listens to Frank and puts together something of a puzzle to find out how to save the universe from collapsing before he runs out of time. But there’s also the part of the movie that allows the veiwer at the end to wonder if it all really happened or if it was just a figment of Donnie’s imagination since during the film he is visiting a Therapist who diagnosis him with Psychosis or “Daytime Hallucinations”.
