A psyllium fiber drink, taken with gusto. Similar to Jager-bombs (Jagermeister liquor and RedBull), but with no alcohol; usually Metamucil and water. Man, I was having terrible shits all week, so I took a fiber-bomb; the very next day I had the best dump of my life - only an insurance-wipe was required!
