Retard farming is the act of collecting government money by housing retards and keeping them in poor living conditions, therefore, saving most of the money collected for yourself. Retard farming can be done in a variety of different ways; here is one of the more rustic examples: Step 1: Buy a farm. Step 2: Collect retards from government programs. Step 3: Put said retards on farm. Step 4: Allow them to graze the lands in a retarded stupor. Step 5: Collect government money and become filthy fucking rich. Farmer 1: "It's been a tough season for retard farming. I heard Farmer Yimie lost 3 retards last week after one of them went all crazy like in a blinded retard rage and killed the others."
Farmer 2: "Well I heard Farmer Eveland lost his whole stock! They dun' got trapped in the barn while in burnt down. Yep, siree! Them retards dun' been so stupid they couldn't figure out how to open the barn door!" |

Oaxaqueños are folks from one of the Southern most states of Mexico, known as Oaxaca. A large portion of these folks are fully Native American, consisting of many differing tribes with a wide variety of dialects. Within the Capital, you will find more folks who are more racially mixed (Meztisos) with Spaniards. Oaxacans are of either Mixtec or Zapotec descent.

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) has caused many of these tribes to lose their lands, due to a government favoring the autonomy of Multinational Corporations. The Mexican Government is extremely Racist, as a full-blooded Native Person has never held any political power in the History of this country. Most Politicians are actually Pure-Bred Spaniards, who never take into account that 1/4 of the population of Mexico is Native American! Read your history, maori were doing that long before the whiteman arrived, maori had a well connected trade routes and trading areas and were very wealthy and business was always booming maori atrifacts . The whiteman passed a law banning maori from trading. If maori were caught drinking alcohol (Sly Grogging) their lands were confiscated. The whiteman made a law for example in porirua that if you were from the Ngati Toa tribe you could not be within 90 ft of another person in the Ngati Toa tribe or the land would be confiscated.
