someone that acts like a moron. Usually a friend. You would typically call them a "faggot", but since you may have alot of homosexual friends, just to be less of an ass you pronounce the g's as j's.

Made to be an alternative to call a person a faggot. Basically insulting them with the word faggot, but calling them straight to not offend homosexuals.
