A guy who is cheap to his friends but splurges on himself. He will repay your favours by taking to you the cheapest places. Hence Fairwood, the cheapest chain of fast food restaurants in Hong Kong.

Man that guy is so cheap, I drove 20 miles to collect his mail and all he did was to treat me to a cheap ass lunch at Fairwood.
