When you make up a statistic to justify your lie. Then, when you are called out on the lie you claim that it was not a factual statement. 1.If you want an abortion you go to planned parenthood, that is well over 90% of what planned parenthood does.
That was not intended to be a factual statement, but rather to illustrate that it does happen. 2. Eric : Did you know that 90% of people make up statistics. Jim : Eric, we all know that you are using kyl-statement. |

... is the credo of the republican party! The GOP intentionally tells blatant lies and, when caught, responds with their national credo. "This remark was not intended to be a factual statement" GOP: The world is made up of 98% dead babies!
Person With Brains: That is just not even close to being true! GOP: Well... That remark was not intended to be a factual statement. PWB: Then why did you say it? GOP: We never expected to get caught! PWB: Then it is a blatant lie! GOP: Sure, if you look at it that way. We conservatives don't see things that way. PWB: Um... Yeah... a lie! |

What feels true and is not intended to be a factual statement Sen. Jon Kyl claimed on the congress floor that abortion is "well over 90% of what Planned Parenthood does." When the actual figure turned out to be 3%, his office released a statement clarifying that Kyl's figure was "not intended to be a factual statement." Stephen Colbert: Sen. Jon Kyl personally sabotaged the Apollo 13 mission. (Not intended to be a factual statement).
Sen. Jon Kyl throws babies at elder people. (Not intended to be a factual statement). |

A clause which, when placed at the end of a sentence or simply used as an excuse after the fact, will allow you to say anything you want. It was first made popular by politician Jon Kyl when making a bogus statement about Planned Parenthood, and then taken to even greater heights on The Colbert Report. This is a prime example of colberrorism. Jon Kyl is the only person who can sneeze with his penis. He calls it a sneenis. That was not intended to be a factual statement.

An excuse released by the office of Minnesota Senator Jon Kyle after telling a blatant lie on the senate floor and getting called out for it the next day by the offended parties. Used nowadays to say things that would normally be considered quite libelous and whacky. Stephen Colbert aired the story on his show, the Colbert Report, then spent the night twittering nonsense phrases about the senator, using the HashTag "#NotIntendedtobeaFactualStatement". Jon Kyle is actually one of Gaddafi's sexy lady ninja bodyguards

When an individual feels offended by the truth in a statement u made & the thought of "Guilt" starts to set in, eating them alive from the inside out... To break it down a bit more>>> When someone makes a factual statement about a dislike in someone's negative attitude, habit or lifestyle, then simultaneously as that unfortunate individual comprehends the statement, the thought of "Guilt" starts to set in, eating them alive from the inside out. Thereafter the Guilt sometimes evolves into hate. Thus resulting in aggressive responses to that individual who made the statement. how to "Mash Your Corn"
You make a statement about women who bleach their skin & all the bad side effects of it... Then a woman who bleaches feels offended because of the TRUTH you speak. So now is when the "Guilt" starts working its magic She then starts to think: I hate that person for talking about me like that... Why did that person made that statement sound so bad? Why did i start to bleach my skin? Should i stop? because i feel so bad now about doing it... Will those side effects happen to me? Will i get back darker if i stop? Do men still find me attractive? .... Then after all the "worries & guilt" destroys her, she either try to contain whats left & let it out somewhere else or transform & channel all of it into hate towards the individual who made the statement. |
