Noun:

A person who plays one or more of the game applications on Facebook. Usually these people become very annoying with their constant game posts about what they need for their Farm, Fish, Mafia, Pets, etc. Such players also tend to spam inboxes with game invites and so called "free gifts".

FileMaker Pro

A relational database application owned and run by Apple. FileMaker Pro has all of the complications of a SQL database, with all of the programming/functionality capabilities of a calculator duct-taped to a potato.
Boss: Hey, I think we're going to make our customer database work via IPad, so I bought the FileMaker Pro business edition. Get to work.
Employee: *commits seppuku*

pacemaker

A pacemaker (or "artificial pacemaker") is a medical device designed to regulate the beating of the heart.

The purpose of an artificial pacemaker is to stimulate the heart when either the heart's native pacemaker is not fast enough or if there are blocks in the heart's electrical conduction system preventing the propagation of electrical impulses from the native pacemaker to the lower chambers of the heart, known as the ventricles.

People with Pacemakers are naturally weak and would otherwise die, but with a pacemaker are able to live through the miracles of modern science, thus making them part robot inside.
John had a Pacemaker put in so that he could live an (almost) normal life again.
