Evereating is the action of eating continuously. It can also be known as foraging or grazing but is most prominent in people dieting. Overeating is done usually at one sitting but evereating is done from the time one gets up until they go to bed.
Calories are cumulative but the evereater feels they are sticking to diet plans because they do not seem to eat large quantities of food at one sitting.
Evereating contributes to more obesity than bingeing.
Sue realized she was an evereater when she emptied all the fruit, chips, chocolate bars and trail mix from her purse and desk drawers. She also realized that she was evereating while making dinner and had little bowls of nuts and fruit all over her house.
