Estroden 

Estroden is the female equivalent of the mancave.

In the evenings and on weekends, she would often retreat to her estroden for a run on her treadmill, or to read her magazines and have a glass of wine, gaze over at her display of half-marathon medals, and crank her music. It was her refuge from the din of the wider house.

Erik Estrada

The Erik Estrada is a sexual manoeuvre where "the man" wearing aviator sunglasses, anally mounts "the woman" who is in doggy stlye position. Next he reaches forward grabbing her forearms/wrists, and pulls her arms back to mimic motorbike handles. He then procedes to pump away, while making motorbike noises.
