Estates Trash 

A woman who lives in the trailer park who may be very beautiful on the inside but may lack the exterior and intellectual beauty that others may enjoy. This woman may be missing a few teeth, tend to wear wife beaters on every day except for when they have their weekly garage sale. Most likely has 2-5 kids from mulitple dads. One think most of the dads will have in common is that they are all Owner/Operators of their own semi trailers. Very common to find them working low paying/degrading jobs such as hooters or at the strip club. Very common to see them preying on younger men.

I cant believe Snider keeps talking to that estates trash, does he know what he is getting himself into?

Palos Verdes Estates 

A very rich area in Los Angeles County with a bunch of million dollar houses and stuck up kids who have parents that are rich as hell. It contains one high school (Palos Verdes High) one middle school (PVIS) and two elementary schools. Palos Verdes High School is the school with the best athletes on the hill. Even though it is a good school, it has some girls that think they are models or movie stars or shit like that. PVHS has nerds, troublemakers, jocks, and much more. Even though this school has a reputation for really good athletes, that is the truth. Teenagers in this town who really want entertainment and don't own a car of their own are out of luck, because the Palos Verdes Estates residents will complain any loud music or shit. But the teenagers who do own a car of their own usually drive to Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, or Redondo Beach to have the fun and excitement. Palos Verdes Estates is not the place to party at all.

Kid 1: Lets have a party at my house
Kid 2: Dude, the neighbor next door will complain her ass off or call the police if she hears any loud music.
Kid 1: All right then, let's just invite some of our buddies to meet us in Hermosa Beach. We can chill in that area where there is more fun and excitement. Lets get out of Palos Verdes Estates fora while.

Palos Verdes Estates Police 

The assholes in Palos Verdes who get paid for nothing but take care of problems that the residents complain and whine about and to put stop signs in random places to slow everything down. Who needs police when the area is one of the wealthiest in California?

Dude, me and my bro were driving and we didn't see a stop sign so we got a ticket from the Palos Verdes Estates Police.

Roslyn Estates 

Roslyn Estates is a village located in Long Island's Nassau County on the North Shore. It is beautiful, and probably the nicest of all parts of Roslyn. Most of the people are wealthy Jews, but there is some diversity. Roslyn Estates is residential only, making it a really safe place to live.

Girl: I live in Roslyn Estates. hbu?

Girl 2: Im from Port Washington. I heard it's beautiful in Roslyn Estates!
