An adjective, in Latin American Spanish, that refers to an individual as being high on Special K, usually as evidenced by widened pupils, crossed or wonky eyes, garbled or slurred speech, inability to move or orient oneself in space or time, and possibly drooling. In English, this can be referred to as being in a k hole.
