Removing your ex boyfriend/girlfriend from your life by removing them as a friend from Facebook, removing their phone number, cease all contact with them, preferably stop being in the same crowd and talk to their friends, stop acknowledging their existence, ignoring them wherever you see them, throwing away all gifts you got from them etc.
