Emoconomics 

emoconomics, emoconomist, emoconomy.

The study of the socioeconomics surrounding the social phenomenon that is ‘emo.’ Looking for answers and asking questions about casual factors, what it is, what it is about, where do its members fit in this, and also looking to the future for potential effects and consequences on society of this movement.

Yasmin: "I wonder why emos always spoiled and lacking in common sense?"

Rhyason: "That's a question for an emoconomist, Yasmin, it probably has something to do with their statistically rich parents and their low attendance rate in school. You have got to love emoconomics."

Emocone 

D1: A lonely, Emo pinecone that is at least five feet away from any other pinecones.
D2: Also an exclamation used to break awkward slences, ending in a small fit of maniacal laughter (usually by the same person who screamed it)

D1: HEY!!! Look at all those Emocones!
D2: *awkward silence when hanging out with one's friends*

Cool Person: EMOCONE!!!
Friend: What the hell?!
Cool Person: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!
*dies from insane laughter while a large amount of blood flows from their mouth*

A computer created display of a specific emotion created by a sequence of characters.

Some Emotocons are
:) = Happy
:( = Sad
8-) = Cool

Emocon War 

One post an emocon on msn.. then followed by another, hence an emocon war.. though it may seem simple, the only hard part is to remember which one you've already put down, should you repeat the same one again you lose.. very hard when you have loads of them, you tend to lose track.

Last night i had a wonderous and very hard emocon war.. lasted serveral hours.. though i lost since i repeated that blasted smiley face twice.. such a shame

An emotcon is similar to an icon, but conveys emotions, like a smiley face or sad face.
