The poems often found on the macintosh air laptops of upper middle class teenagers with dark eyeliner and gay (yet somehow awesome) skinny jeans in crazy colors. Usually depicts their horrible suffering after all their years of opression, overcoming all the barriers and restrictions their expensive private schools have put on their individuality. And by individuality, I mean comforming to the emo stereotype.
1. "My wrists now a river of blood
My tears a forlorn ship
Drowning, sinking
Through the crimson abyss

Bleeding the pain away
My deep soul brooding
Yet death's whisper
Stays so far away..."

Emoeroticism

Emoeroticism:
Matty: Man I have never been SO surrounded by so much bloody emoeroticism, I think I'm gonna puke.

A work of prose which is notable for dark, brooding and generally emo overtones.

While the term may be applied to any poem that is gloomy or morose, it is especially applicable to those which take an overly serious view of things which are of only trivial importance to the average reader.
Rachel and Caitlin spent a night writing emoems about how horrible their parents were and how nobody understood them before posting them on Myspace.

Emoerotic

Much like homoerotic this world holds it's passé under the bridge. When one is "emoerotic" they have a tendency to be emo, in much the same way as a homoerotic person has a tendency to be a brown-digger.

Emoeroticism is a variant of Emoerotic, but whilst still a noun, should be used in a sentence with correct grammar.

Below are some examples of how you would use the two words.
Emoerotic:
Matty: Ashley quit being so fuckin' emoerotic
Ashley: -Cries a river-

Emoeroticism:
Matty: Man I have never been SO surrounded by so much bloody emoeroticism, I think I'm gonna puke.
Mike: I think I just puked a little in my mouth already.. Ewww..
