dysfenestration

The act of sending a message in the wrong IM window (or tab) so that your message gets sent to the wrong person.

Dude1999: "You're so hot."
Mom1234: "Wat"
Dude1999: "Oh crap I meant to send that to my girlfriend"

This is a classic example of dysfenestration.
