Dryeballs

A serious condition of intense dryness of the eyeballs, opposite to Moist-Balls. The dryballee may experience great discomfort of the eyeballs, particularly in windy conditions. It is often a recurring condition, though it can be treated with eye-drops or human tears.

The act of lowering your nut sack on to the lips of someone that is passed out. The nut sack touches the lips but does not actually enter the mouth as it does in the act of tea-bagging.
