Nadsat (teen) speak-as used by Anthony Burgess in his novel, A Clockwork Orange- used to mean "friend".
Applied in the real world as the punk equivalent of "homie". Please note that Nadsat lingo (which consists of Russified English) originates from the BOOK A Clockwork Orange, and not from the movie, as the movie was based on the version of Burgess' novel published in the United States My and my droogs are gonna head out as soon as Lower Class Brats finish their set.
