1. Foolish or silly person, who does not think about the consequences of their actions prior to doing something that may be harmful to themselves or others.

2. To make thoughtless statements that can be interpreted as annoying or irritating to others.

1. I fell off the chair I was using to clean the refrigerator. You Dinglepuss! Why didn't you just use a ladder?

2. Did you hear what she said? That Dinglepuss comment is going to piss mommy off. Now we will never get to go to the party!

Someone who does a stupid action without thinking and gets called out for it. It is also something people say specifically at DORR.

Synonyms include dingledick.
