One who makes a point to say the most rediculous things at the worst possible time, often to the listeners misfoutune. It is always part of a Dousche Magousch's plan to use this to get a promotion, gold star, etc.

The talk with the boss was going fine, until Richard poked his head in and said, "you forgot to clock out last night!" I was fired. Richard is a fucking Dousche Magousch.

In Australia, among high school and university students, Douchy refers to the legend of a man (Andrew Douch) who makes biology videos that are inflicted upon many students. He's great but such a meme.

A female version of douche bag who is rude, pretentious, and fancies herself as being a perfect specimen of a human being in looks and intelligence. Although everyone assumes this is a woman she looks like a man; there is a high likelihood she was either born with a penis or as a hermaphrodite.
