Or dbn for short, is an extended period of slumber, beginning in the early evening , typically on a friday after a long week of work, and lasting far longer than necessary or purposeful, usually 3 or more hours. Subject awakens from said nap and feels like a douche because he is too groggy to go out and meet his friends but too awake to get the full nights sleep he desired. Not to be confused with the disco nap or power naps which actually serve legitimate social purposes.
