a combination of both Douche and Brah (as in bro). Especially useful for friends who you would normal refer to as "brah" but they are being a complete douchebag.

Person 1: Oh breathing I think.

douchebragging

A heightened version of bragging or "self-glossing."

Bragging about yourself, talking about your own accomplishments, talking about how much money you have or how good you are at sporst, how smart you are, how much god loves you, giving advice to others as if you are the top dog, etc.

Especially used when done not in-person, but through Facebook or Twitter, thus broadcasting the brag not at one person, but to everyone.

Did you see his status update "Private planes help me travel in peace, to 4 cities in one day and 4 countries in one week." Talk about douchebragging!

A douche that attempts to sound intelligent in a conversation, most commonly found in a community college lounge wearing a peace sign, while ending most sentences in "bro" "brah" "dude" or "yo". also completely uninteresting

"Dud, you can't define communism based on a dictionary term brah, you don't know brah."

both the act of boasting about douchey things (how may girls you have slept with, beers you drank, how you mistreated/condescended to a girl, etc.) and/or the douchey manner in which it is done (lack of consideration of volume or environment in which it takes place).

Douchebrag (v.): "Johnny just got back from spring break in Cancun. I can't listen to him douchebrag for one more second."

Douchebraggery (n.)

Includes but is not limited to:

Conversing loudly in public about having sex with a girl, at a volume intended for people outside of your group to hear.

Trying to look cool by bragging about how many beers one drank, or intentional degradation of a female.

Using unnecessarily degrading terms in conversations intended to impress.
