Frosty the Dopeman 

Frosty the Dopeman is a character created by Marc Zydiak in a song of the same name from his self-titled LP, first copyrighted in 1972 and later published in 1977 (Nirvana Records), given heavy airplay by Dr. Demento and included on the compilation "Dementia Royale" (Rhino Records 1980). This song has been much imitated ever since by everyone from school kids to rap artists with many different versions and videos of it viewable on Youtube.

Dopeman's phone syndrome

Caused by constantly receiving phone calls or texts for drugs and repeatedly hearing the same ringtone or text alert.

Symptoms may include, irritability, short attention span, broken phones, random acts of aggression, skimpy bags, slow service, and shitty product... Some sufferers may also have large amounts of rubber banded money in there possession causing there pocket to bulge.

A "wee dote" refers to someone who is cute/adorable particularly in the face region. Often used as slang in Northern Ireland

Originates from shakesperean language "To dote on someone" i.e. to show affection.

1.) "Aww Look! He's such a wee dote, I want to hug him."
