1) General aloofness and ignorant behavior from an alpha female to any type of male.

2) The act of stomping penis.

3) Denying access to the vagina from the penis by a stomping motion.

I don't know what dick stomping is, but I know its bad; she is just stomping everyone's dick in this bar.
