A more colorful term for a dipshit. It took forever to get through Walmart checkouts, because the clerk and person in front were dick assing around.
Person A : Sorry I'm late, I was driving behide someone going 20 and the speed limit was 55. Person B : Yeah, don't you hate it when people dick ass around and you can pass them. |
