both of these types of diabetes have the same symptoms but the endocrine disorders are much diffrent diabetes insipidus is a pituitary deficiency of the hormone vasopressin which is secreted by the posterior pituitary gland. the hormone vasopressin is an antidiuretic hormone which reduces the excretion of urine. diabetes insipidus is very uncommon. diabetes mellitus is the most common diabetes it has two types type 1 which is an insulin dependent treatment involves managment of carbs insulin and diet. type 2 which is not insulin dependent but can progress into being insulin dependent. Type 1 diabetes is frequently called a severe or chronic form of diabetes. Type one is often classified as an auto immune disorder meaning the immune system attacks and kills the insulin producing cells of the pancreas resulting in an inability to produce insulin. type 2 diabetes is know as the adult onset which is exacerbated by obesity and inactivity. type 2 diabetes is a a mild form of diabetes which can be reversed if treated and changes are made. type 2 diabetes is a result of the body not producing enough insulin, or having too much insulin resistance. managment of type 2 diabetes involves diet and exercise and can progress to insulin injections. |

Similar to Triabeetus, Mellitus is only used in situations of awe or mega astonishment. When you see someone with not only diabetes, but the beetus, kind of like that exept with Mellitus. People with Mellitus is considered unhealthy betics. Have you ever been to a hospital and seen a dude with just straight up Triabeetus, perhaps even Quadrabeetus? I'm talking with diabetic neuropathy, the works. That is call Diabeetus Mellitus.

Neuropsychiatric disorders such as Alzheimer’s take 1.9%, diabetes mellitus claims another 1.7% and Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome and nephrosis another 1.2%. Intentional injuries make 2.9% with suicide leading at 1.5% followed by homicide at 1.0% The remaining 3.7% died of various causes ranging from drowning to being mauled by a bear/bears.
