This move is usually done by someone who is very athletic and coordinated and can only be perfectly executed by the legendary. It consists of a front flip with a 180. During the flip you must tuck your heels to your ass and hold them with one hand and have your other hand holding your head to your chest. It is a beautiful and graceful move.
