A Lieutenant Danchez is the act of giving a traditional dirty sanchez. However, the giver delivers it to the receiver via the reciever’s prosthetic arm.

It is the same as a traditional Dirty Sanchez, but the giver of the Lieutenant Danchez uses the reciever’s prosthetic arm and hand to wipe the reciever’s upper lip.

A variation of the dirty sanchez. Primarily relating to teenage males who leave the engine or "upper lip" of their car dirty or "shitty" when displaying their car to other car nuts.

After noticing that the pictures of Dan's car contained a very dirty engine compartment, we called him "Dirty Dan-chez"
