look up anything, like your first name:
1. L.A.M.F
True. Johnny Thunders Rocks and L.A.M.F. is one of his great records. However, L.A.M.F. is not punk graffiti but gang graffiti. In New York City (johnny's home) the gang members would stray into other gangs territories where they would tag D.T.K. meaning "Down to Kill", a challenge to the gang who's turf it was. L.A.M.F. or "Like a Mutherfucker" would be added to accentuate or validate the existing tag.

2. dtk lamf
it stands for "down to kill like a motherfucker". origin: New York street gangs
meaning: basically, it's a warning to stay off a gang's turf. it can be seen as a challenge, and if the challenge is accepted, would likely lead to a gang war.
one gang tags a brick wall with dtk (or DTK or d.t.k., etc.). another gang comes by, sees the warning/challenge, and if they accept the challenge, they will tag lamf (or LAMF or l.a.m.f., etc.).

the brick wall will then be tagged dtk lamf.
3. D.T.K,
Down To Kill, or ready for anything. Used and made popular by johnny Thunders.

4. "A"-Town
I phrase commonly used by people attempting to make a town or city appear much cooler then it actually is. The "X" is simply replaced by the first letter in the name of the town or city to create a hip trending nickname.
WARNING: This nicknaming is commonly used by white trash, douche bags, and the under educated.
I was in "A"-town rollin by the square when I hollered at a couple townies to see if they wanted to slam some PBR.
5. M.S.A.
MSA acronym of the infamous Australian graffiti artist crew,
the Melbourne Suicidal Assassins;
active mainly in Melbourne (also in other Victorian areas, and Adelaide and Mt. Gambier, in South Australia) from the mid-1980s; arguably one of the greatest and most talented graph crews produced by Australia, of course its creation inspired by the original and greatest of all, the New York graffiti scene. How-ever 'talented' and/or 'artistic' its members were, they were well known for their hardcore activities and indulgences, sometimes resulting in members' deaths, hence their behavior living up to their name 'suicidal'. Interests of the group included death metal music, a singular addition to the normal hip-hop association of graf crews (resulting in the sometimes used Mass/or Melbourne Satanic Alliance/Allegiance tag), and excessive drug and alcohol consumption. M.S.A. were actively pursued by various police groups for their prolific graffiti of urban infra-structure including Australian trains and also were accused of engaging in occult-like practices and satanic activities, possibly actually involving the associated group, S....

6. Zed
A really weird way to say Z. Used by Australians, the British, and Canadians. The Alphabet should only be pronounced with vowels, not with other included letters such as "d"...

7. LAMF
Like a Mother Fucker. Also spelt L.A.M.F. and always capitalized.

Although two current UD definitons have it as 'punk' origin and used in the 70s, it was widely used as early as the 50s in Brooklyn and other areas of NYC and possibly beyond.
Sometimes it accompanied tags of gangs, but mostly it was used as a postscript with tags of gang members or wannabe gang members.

It was also frequently preceeded (separated by a space) by D.T.K. = Down To Kill
and followed less often by TTH = To The Heart
