B.D.P.S. 

B.D.P.S. stands for Blind and deaf parent syndrome. (see also B.P.S.) These kinds of parents display the same symptoms as a parent with B.P.S. but they are "Deaf" when it comes to their childs musical ability.

Parent example could not believe that their child wasn't the principle of his/her section in Band/Orchestra. Parent Example thought that he sounded like a pro when he/she practiced at home

Acronym for Dumbness Induced by Pregnancy Syndrome. A state of forgetfulness, confusion and mental retardation commonly experienced during pregnancy. Other symptoms can include but aren't limitied to - clumsiness, memory loss and difficulty in retaining information or learning new things

D.A.P.S 

Dry Angry Pussy Syndrome is a common condition women get when their partner has done something to hurt or upset them. This could range from forgetting to tell them they look beautiful when they get dolled up to not answering their texts within seconds when they reach out to you. DAPS can come on at any moment and it can last minutes to hours to months. It all depends on the severity of the infraction.

Friend 1 - Hey Man. You want to go catch the game tonight and have a couple of pints.
Friend 2 - I can't man. Sheena has a case of the D.A.P.S and it's making me as miserable as her.

Deprivation of Pussy Syndrome: a disease contracted after prolonged periods of not getting any. Commonly found at places where attractive females are found few and far between, such as any of the service academies, or prison.
