Verb. A cat-like attack, ie: When someone sporadically runs up/pounces someone, then casually walks away.

Similar to the hugtackle, just more crafty.

A sidekick or favoured younger friend. Usually describing the unusual friendship with a more powerful or senior boy in school life. Term used originally at Infant Jesus Anglo-Indian High School in Tangasseri, Quilon, India from early 20th century. Also written as a compound word cut-jack.

They dared not play around with Tommy who is known to be body builder Davis's cutjack.

Not limited to twitter. Any online ganging up on someone if they voice an opinion someone else disagrees with. Doesn't have to be any reason for it other than people are acting like a oolon
