A man who lives in the Northern California coast. He is less of a curmudgeon than he thinks he is, but in order to keep him from evolving into such a creature, his friends allow him the illusion. My friend thinks he is a curmudgeon. Reality is that he's just in a bad mood most of the time.

A grumpy old man meaner than a codger or geezer. He yells rules at you like:" If you break that you gotta pay for it!!" ...or..." Didn't you see the sign on my lawn: KEEP OFF THE GRASS?!!!" A very mean old man who pissed you off because you really didn't do anything to him! That old curmudgeon called the cops on me for knocking on his door!!!
That curmudgeon next door just gave me the finger! That curmudgeon over there accused me of breaking his window and says he gonna sue!!! |

A grump revels in being difficult and obtuse. Often found hiding in caves in Scotland, away from direct sunlight. Guaranteed to rain on your parade at every turn, these bad tempered creatures (often bearded and mustached) have a an undoubted place in society.....to counter life's over optimistics. "My, that dude over there moaning about the state of the beer in this pub (his local) is a right old curmudgeon!"
