A term stemming from New Zealand to describe lowcut leather shoes worn into town by sex pests. Often accompanied with gold jewelry, excessive hair gel, shifty eyes, the aroma of Winfield Reds mixed with enough cologne to kill a small child.

-the act of preventing a female (friend) from getting action

-any attempt made to prevent a female from hooking up, getting laid, having sex, etc.

-Sonya just cunterstunted Kim when she walked into the office where Kim and Janson were 'talking.'
