Someone who complains about things just for the sake of complaining.

It is common for a cronbaby to complain about things others do just because they handle things differently.

Other traits are stupidity; Possibly from "smoking themselves stupid"

I just came home from a long day at work. The house is a mess, dirty floors, dirty dishes, how did the fly get in here? The newspaper is spread all over the rug, the dog is barking at me, the kids are yelling for dinner. Please everyone! Give me just a moment to get contabulated!
