Its the same thing as calling someone a clown, but you use clownette for a girl.
Female version of clown.

A Colomnutter is a Colombian guy that acts crazy. Has wild ideas or it's just plain nuts. Colom: Colombia, nutter: Nut as in "she/he is nuts"

My friend married this guy from Bogota, but he certainly is a Colomnutter.
