Always wanting to call someone by a different name, or actually doing it, because they look like or remind you of that other person. A disorder closely related to "namesia." My clonesia kicked in as I saw "Al" walking toward me -- no, that's "Charlie" (I think). So, I kept my greeting to a simple, "Hi, how are ya?"
