A contraction of the terms chimpanzee and emperor, a chimperor is a primate who has inexplicably been given complete control over something that is so far beyond the monkey's ability to understand that the situation becomes completely absurd. The best example of a chimperor is George W. Bush. The term fits him so perfectly that he is often known as "The Chimperor".
